How to measure
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the position of your longest toe while standing. Ask someone to help if needed.
- Measure from the paper edge at your heel to the toe mark.
- Compare that distance with the chart.
Measure both feet and use the longer measurement. Afternoon measuring is recommended because feet can expand slightly during the day.
