Measure heel to toe
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand upright on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the end of your longest toe while standing; ask someone to help if needed.
- Measure from the heel edge of the paper to the toe mark.
- Compare that length with the chart to choose a size.
