Trainer details
- Lace-up front: Threaded eyelets let you adjust the fastening.
- Pull tab: A small loop sits at the heel.

Measuring your feet
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the end of your longest toe. Ask someone to help if needed.
- Measure from the paper edge at your heel to the toe mark.
- Compare that foot length with the chart.
Measure both feet and use the longer result. Measuring in the afternoon allows for the slight expansion that can occur during the day.
