A loose long-sleeve blouse with a high stand collar and a long attached tie panel that falls to a point below the hem.

- Tie panel: one wide, leaf-shaped panel down the centre front, ending in a point just below the hem.
- Shoulders: square shoulders with soft gathers at the yoke.
