How to measure
Length. Measure vertically from the highest point of the shoulder to the garment hem, keeping the tape straight.
Bust. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, usually across the nipples, with your arms relaxed at your sides. Keep the tape level and comfortably loose.
Waist. Measure around your narrowest point, above the navel and below the ribs. The tape should fit comfortably without pulling tight.
Hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 18–23 cm (7.1–9.1″) below the waist. Keep the tape level.
