Open front: no buttons and no zip; the two panels meet edge to edge.
Wide black band: a textured black rib runs from the neck to the hem and folds back like a shawl collar.
Removable tie belt: a self-tie belt in the same black rib, knotted at the waist or left off.
Large houndstooth: the black and white motif covers the body and the full length of both sleeves.
Ribbed cuffs and hem: deep black rib holds the shape at the wrists and along the bottom edge.

The houndstooth is knitted in, not printed, so the motif runs through the fabric. There are no pockets. Sizes run S to L and the body is cut with room, so take your usual size. The belt is the only thing that holds the front together, so the shape depends on how you knot it.
