A roomy men's puffer jacket with a padded stand collar, a full-length zip, elasticated cuffs and hem, and three pockets.
Stand collar, elasticated cuffs and hem
- Padded stand collar: it rises above the shoulder line and closes to the throat, with a small fabric guard above the zip pull.
- Full-length zip: a single centre-front zip on a tone-matched tape with one metal puller.
- Two hip pockets: slanted welt openings, one on each front panel, plus one pocket inside.
- Quilted in three bands: horizontal channels cross the front and the back, and two more run down each sleeve.
- Closed at the edges: elasticated cuffs and an elasticated hem hold the shape and keep draughts out.
The cut is deliberately roomy: the shoulder seam sits well down the arm, so the sleeve is measured from there rather than from the neck. At size L the jacket is 70 cm (27.6″) long and 63 cm (24.8″) across the chest laid flat, which is 126 cm (49.6″) the way round. There is no hood. The lining is plain and smooth.

Garment measurements, hand-measured flat by the maker, who allows 1 to 2 cm. Chest is measured flat across one side, so double it for the way round. Sleeve runs from the dropped shoulder seam to the cuff.
