A short, boxy quilted puffer jacket with a sewn-in hood, a snap-fastened stand collar and a drawcord hem, cut oversized with a dropped shoulder.
Snap collar, drawcord hem, sleeves that seal at the wrist
- Full-length zip: one centre-front zip with a plain metal puller runs from the hem to the top of the collar.
- Stand collar: metal snaps fasten it above the zip, so the neck stays covered when the zip is down.
- Sewn-in hood: padded and roomy, cut deep enough to sit up on its own.
- Welt hip pockets: two slanted openings, one on each front panel, with a further pocket inside.
- Adjustable hem: an internal drawcord with a metal cord lock pulls the hem in; the cuffs are elasticated.
The cut is deliberately roomy: the shoulder seam is dropped well down the arm and size M measures 126 cm around the chest. Take a size down if you want it closer. The shell is a smooth matte woven with a plain lining, and the warmth comes from quilted padding. The maker's own guide puts size M at 165 to 170 cm and 45 to 55 kg.
